Class Description:
PRE-REQUISITE: Each participant must have a current forklift certificate in either forklift safety awareness or forklift trainer. This seminar will prepare attendees to teach Coaching Systems' "Coaching the Lift Truck Operator" program. The program offers instructor the tools necessary to meet OSHA's new requirements for formal instruction, practical training and evaluation. Throughout the seminar attendees will learn proven educational methods & valuable tips for running a successful training training program. Each participant paying $499 receives a complete instructor kit, which includes an Operator Video, a Pedestrian Video, Overhead Transparencies, Inspection Checklist, Evaluation/ Performance Checklist, OSHA Information, Guidelines & Exercises to set up hands-on training, Certificate of Completion and Wallet Card.
