Class Description:
This 4-hr course is designed to assist employers in the private sector who have responsibilities under OSHA's revised Recordkeeping Rule 19 CFR 1904. It helps identify & fulfill their responsibilities for posting certain records, maintaining records of illnesses & injuries, & reporting specific cases to OSHA. Several practice sessions are included.
